Placing an order
Orders may be placed online any time on our secure web store. You can place an order as a guest or create an account, which ever you prefer. If you have any questions feel free to send us an email. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a conformation email. After wards we"ll send update emails as your orders goes thru the production process.
All in stock items ship same or next business day. If you have ordered a stock item and a personalized bowl at the same time we'll ship the bowls together when the personalized bowl is completed. Orders ship Monday – Friday excluding federal holidays via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. USPS delivery time is 1-3 days. FedEX delivery time is 1-7 days depending on the level of service you choose. Please note that our shopping cart will not allow an item that is out of stock to be placed into the cart.
Please allow 3 to 4 weeks production time for all personalized bowls. Because we emboss your pets name right into the clay, your pet's bowl starts at the very beginning of the pottery production cycle. This process takes a little bit of time but is well worth the wait.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express credit cards as well as PayPal. All North Carolina sales will be charged applicable state sales taxes.
Lets face it, shipping charges are a bummer. We would love to offer our customers free shipping and we know you would love it too. But the reality is shipping costs are going up all the time. We try to keep our shipping costs as low as possible. We have found the USPS and FedEx is the most economical way to ship the average size packages we ship in most cases. Shipping costs are determined by weight and distance of the shipment. You can immediately see what shipping charges will be by entering a zipcode into the shipping calculator.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused item within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or a full refund less original shipping costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless their was an error made on our part.
To return an item simply fill out the back side of the invoice and return it with your items. Please pack item in original packing materials and box if possible. Send insured and with a tracking number, we can not be responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipment. As soon as we receive your return we’ll issue your credit card a refund.
